By implementing its National Health Insurance (NHI) system, Indonesia has achieved notable progress in expanding universal health coverage (UHC). The study's secondary data came from the 2019 nationwide survey by The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, focusing on 'Abilities and Willingness to Pay, Fee, and Participant Satisfaction in implementing National Health Insurance in Indonesia'. A weighted sample of 18,514 poor people in Indonesia was the subject of the study's population. NHI membership was the variable being studied, serving as the dependent variable in the study. The investigation involved seven independent variables: wealth, residence, age, gender, education, employment, and marital status, which were explored in the study. Analyzing the patterns and correlations of physical activity (PA) and sedentary behavior (SB) is essential to developing suitable lifestyle interventions for young people. Through a systematic review (Prospero CRD42018094826), the study sought to determine the clustering characteristics of physical activity and sedentary behavior, and the contributing factors, amongst boys and girls aged 0 to 19. The investigation employed five electronic databases in its search. Cluster characteristics, as per the authors' descriptions, were extracted by two independent reviewers; any disagreements were resolved by a third reviewer. Seventeen studies involved participants with ages varying between six and eighteen years. The mixed-sex sample group displayed nine cluster types, followed by boys with twelve and girls with ten. Female clusters exhibited low physical activity with low social behavior, and low physical activity levels in conjunction with high social behavior. The majority of male clusters, however, were defined by high levels of physical activity and high social behavior, and high physical activity with low social behavior. A minimal relationship existed between sociodemographic variables and all the delineated cluster types. For the majority of tested associations, boys and girls from the High PA High SB clusters demonstrated a heightened prevalence of obesity and higher BMI. Pharmacists provided pharmaceutical care, aligning with the American Pharmacists Association's MTM standards. This entailed determining the number and classification of medication-related patient concerns, identifying medication-related problems (MRPs), and developing corresponding medication-related action plans (MAPs). Healthcare professionals in nursing homes encounter a multitude of complex care requirements in conjunction with a shortage of nursing staff. As a consequence, nursing homes are morphing into personalized homes, delivering patient-centered care. To address the changes and challenges in nursing homes, an interprofessional learning culture is essential, yet the factors that contribute to creating this culture are not completely understood. In this scoping review, the objective is to determine the characteristics that enable the identification of these facilitators.
In accordance with the JBI Manual for Evidence Synthesis (2020), a scoping review was systematically undertaken. During the years 2020 and 2021, a search was undertaken, encompassing seven international databases: PubMed, Cochrane Library, CINAHL, Medline, Embase, PsycINFO, and Web of Science. Reported factors supporting an interprofessional learning culture in nursing homes were independently identified by two researchers. The researchers, after extracting the facilitators, subsequently categorized them inductively into groups.
Collectively, 5747 studies were located via the literature review. After the rigorous process of duplicate removal and screening of titles, abstracts, and full texts, thirteen studies, each satisfying the inclusion criteria, formed the basis of this scoping review. Eighty facilitators were divided into eight groups: (1) shared language, (2) similar goals, (3) specified tasks and duties, (4) knowledge dissemination and acquisition, (5) practical strategies for work, (6) encouraging and facilitating change and creativity led by the front-line manager, (7) an inclusive perspective, and (8) a secure, transparent, and courteous work environment.
