Consecutive clients undergoing hip arthroscopy for FAIS by just one fellowship-trained doctor between January 2012 and October 2014 were reviewed. Study inclusion criteria included any patient undergoing main hip arthroscopy for FAIS, with 5 years follow-up. Preoperative and 5-year postoperative practical results were collected, including the Hip Outcome Score Activities of everyday living Subscale (HOS-ADL), HOS-Sport Subscale (HOS-SS), modified Harris hip score (mHHS), and aesthetic Analog Scale for satisfaction. Patients were coordinated 11 by sex and age to compare results between these 2 demographics. Minimal clinically important huge difference (MCID) and patient appropriate symptomatic state (PASS) were computed for every practical measure and compared by gender and age.
